Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. (Exodus 20:8-10)

Confession

I have a confession: I am not good when one of my children gets injured. There I said it. Tonight sweet Bailes got her finger smashed good and I go into a complete tailspin, thank you Lord for Patrick who was concerned but calm. I pray that the Lord help me with this because obviously panic stricken mommy does no one any good.

Fun

Patrick and the girls played a silly game where they dressed up and had to draw each other, the drawings were so funny!! Fun time with Daddy.

Hope

Elisabeth Elliot writes, “If we were given all we wanted here, our hearts would settle for this world rather than the next. God is forever luring us up and away from this one, wooing us to Himself and His still invisible Kingdom, where we will certainly find what we so keenly long for.”

Beautified

The girls got makeup kits for Christmas and today they played beauty shop and had such fun applying makeup to each other.
