Pumpkin Patch

Took the girls to our local pumpkin patch which proved to be a lot of fun. Beautiful day filled with pumpkin picking, pony riding, carmel apple eating, I love fall!!!

Today is the day that I turned "45" and I am psyched!! I had a day filled with love, cards, phone calls, presents, shopping, pizza eating, who could ask for anything more. My heart is so full of gratitude to my Lord for giving me this life, and the many loves that fill it to the brim. Happy Day!!!

Family visit continued

A Trip

This past weekend we traveled to visit family and to physically hug my baby brother who has accepted a job that will take him far far from home. Although I am thrilled for him and his precious family, my eyes kept wanting to fill and I decided not to cry and to try to embrace the moments with family, and boy did we enjoy each other. Checkers were played, burgers were eaten, silly string was sprayed, cornhole was introduced, water was swam in, conversations were had, and hugs were given and taken. Great weekend.
