10 years ago my heart started walking around outside of my body, thank you God for blessing me with Rylee. She has taught me and stretched me and I love her so very much. Happy Double Digits sweet girl.

Birthday

So thankful for the rich blessings in my life and for the opportunity to live another year to serve my Lord. My day was filled with precious family and "special" hand made cards and gifts, my heart is filled to the brim. Goodbye 46.

Skating

Yesterday we took the girls roller skating, or should I say scoot skating? They actually did pretty good and they had a great time. We will keep practicing and hopefully soon Patrick and I will be able to join them, we stayed flat footed during the learning process.

Cool

This morning I walked out the front door and it was the first day where I actually noticed a slight difference in the temperature. I called the girls and they were EXCITED, Bailey ran in and put on her wool cap and hot chocolate was requested. I guess any day that we aren't incinerated is a "cool" day.

Wow September is gone and I got caught up and have not blogged, gently slapping my wrist. We are in full swing with our homeschooling, and I am so thankful to God for his provision. Here are some randoms from the past couple of months.

Summer

Our down time is quickly coming to a close. Sometimes I get pangs of guilt when I hear how others have spent their summers (camps,vacations,etc), but then I turn the corner and see two girls playing hard and using their imaginations for hours on end. They have had spas, cooked, video productions (webkinz fashion show), animal trades, rug hooking, pool splashing, family visiting and simply just relaxing. Then I remember that this is what kids are supposed to do,

Margaret

So thankful to God for placing Margaret in our lives!! Sweet lady with a kind servant's heart. We had a great time with her at Pine Island.

Family

Enjoyed visiting with my brother and his family this past weekend. Love sharing all our beautiful beaches and sunsets with family. Lots of swimming, eating and political talk going on in our home. Fun memories!!

Ribs

Just could not resist snapping a picture of this rib eating girl. She really enjoys them, and gets every morsel of meat off of them.

Busch Gardens

Spent a fun weekend at Busch Gardens. Roller coasters were ridden, animals were ooohed and awwwed over and we even got to dine at the Famous Taco Bus, Lennon memories were made.

Silly

For the longest time I fought the "Smart" phone thing, they do come in handy when you are waiting in the car with children.

Courage Quest

We just finished a week of "Vacation Bible School", all I can say is WOW. So amazing to see God's drawing power with little ones. The girls even won 2 life sized lions to make great even greater!!

Sisters

When I watch my daughters, I truly miss not having a sister. They have such a deep understanding of each other and really are BEST friends. Today they transformed the bathroom into a spa complete with facials, pedicures, and makeup. I love that they willingly serve each other. Fun day.
